So I'll fess up, I've not done a build for myself for around 10 years, so I'm a little rusty, but this one has got me stumped, hence a quick request for help.
I've not managed to get an OS on it yet because the bios is unusable with keyboard or mouse, it responds, but it's like it draws one line on screen every second, has anyone seen that before?

It's been reset to optimized defaults, I flashed the bios to the latest via the flashback process, psu is 1000w so should be fine, GPU x7800xt?
Was hoping to get down to some games this weekend, not happening now!
