Laggy Elgato

Hello.

Plugged my new Elgato in before and it seems to stream nicely on Fifa 13 (yes 13 ).

Playing forza 4 and it seems to be very choppy/laggy.

I did change the destination drive in which the videos are saved to a 2TB external HDD but im not sure if this would have played a factor?

Currently set to 720p, Xbox360, HDMI, Standard HDMI Colour range, Quality is set to good (Didn't want to put best as I thought this may hinder the fps)

The PC im using has 8GB ram, AMD Phenom II x 4 CPU, GTX460 GPU

Think I found the problem.

While download speed is at 30-40mbps the upload is just 1-2. I know upload is usually a lot less but should it be this slow? Im 0.7 miles from the exchange.

Im stuck at streaming 480p for the time being
