Laing D5 Vario question

HI guys

Just a simple question, is there a way to change the speed fo the pump without turning the little red dial on the back?

I ask because just finished my loop, leak tested etc and came to turn the pump down and I don't have the red plug on the back and would be a PITA to empty, rma pump wait couple days and fit new one.

If you look through the hole you can see a white dial with a cross slot in it to take teh red platic bit. Carefully put a fine screwdriver in and turn clockwise to increase.
