I'm moving into a new build home next month which will unfortunately mean switching from 60Mb cable broadband to 3Mb (if I'm lucky!!) ADSL.
As far as I can tell, despite the street being cabled, there is no way for me to get cable (via Virgin Media) installed to the house (according to their postcode checker). I'm wondering if there's anything I'm missing, or whether getting something like a 4G dongle might somehow give me closer to the 60Mb speeds I'm used to? Or do I just have to resign myself to the fact that I'm destined for massively slower internet??!
