Laminate flooring advice please

Just looking at some of the karndean heritage collection. Places seem to be charging £135 a square metre, surely that price is wrong (I've emailed a couple of places to check). It seems mega expensive compared to laminate.

I just saw a link to a place who are seemingly just selling the flooring for £100 per square metre, and that's before you add any adhesive / fitting / clever borders, etc. I'm trying to get a couple of quotes in from people who actually visit and measure up, but nothing yet.

I'm going to have to slum with normal lvt at 35 a sq metre. No way I'm paying 1500 quid for flooring for a dining room.
