Hey Guys

I want to use my Linux box as a development machine for a few ideas I want to get working.

I have Ubuntu (standard PC Edition) installed on a machine, could someone provide Links for Apache, PHP and MySQL? As I am unsure of what i need to download.

Sorry for the noob questions.

It said that the command taskel was not found.

This is standard PC Edition.

Id recommend having a read of https://wiki.ubuntu.com and visit www.ubuntuforums.org.

The best way to learn linux is to read up on it.

just do apt-get install apache2 php5 mysql or search in synaptic.

Alternatively the server edition has a LAMP option when you install it.

Open synaptic > Edit > Mark Packages By Task > Lamp Server
