Lamptron FC2 controller

Hi guys.

Could I use this fan controller to regulate the speed of a D5 pump?

I'm sure I read somewhere along time ago that I could but I thought I would check with you guys first.

I wouldn't if its a regular d5 vario just set to 3 and leave it

I have the Lamptron FC6 powering a DDC 18w just fine, lamptron make very good fc's but I'd check the maximum wattage per channel first before trying it.

edit: Lamptron FC2 Up to 45W per channel you will be MORE than fine.

I use an FC2 on my D5 and it is absolutely fine
Getting a fan connector on the D5 cable was a little tricky though so its not as straight forward as plug and play
