LAN access for one computer

Is there anyway to setup a router so that only one computer can use the internet, my friend is having a real problem with his room mates letting their friends use his internet access so he want's to set the router up so that it will only allow him internet access.
Wireless is already off and he has no way of knowing the users MAC address.

The router is a billion, i think its something like a 7500g ? wireless thats all i can remember to be honest.

, i had it lying around and he needed one with wireless.
Can someone give me a rough guild on how to go about doing all this, i have setup MAC filtering for his comp but do i only need to disable DHCP and that is it?

How do you set MAC filtering up for one comp, i know his comp is on the mac filter list but other people can still use it so how do you block them without knowing there MAC address?

I have setup MAC to drop all connections and added his comp with the rules set to forward his only, his internet is working so its a case of waiting to see if there are any sour faces next time the saps come round.
