Can any one advise on what i can do to make my PC cooler,

Asus Crosshair III Formula
1TB Samsung Spinpoint
650W Silverstone ST65ZF-GM PSU
4GB (2x2GB) Corsair Dominator DDR3, PC3-12800 (1600)
AMD Phenom II X4 955 stock 3.2GHz
1GB XFX HD5770
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro v2
Lancool K58 Black Advanced Tower

CPU Temp is 40 idle and 58-60c under load,
And my GPU is 43 Idle and High 80's under load.

I think my case has slots for Fans so it can blow out the top ?
also are my temps anything to worry about ?

and tips or advice will be much appreciated

watercool? put in a fridge? better case fans? open a window?
