What are the game you already play?
6 is oddly an odd number as most co-op at 4 or 5.

Halo games inc halo wars AFAIK are all crossplay, fairly sure they are all 6+ players.
Minecraft Bedrock version.
Head Bangers Rhythm Royale maybe. I assume it is considering the game it is but you might not be able to play a private match.
Valheim and Ark I think are too, but wouldn't swear to it.
Shredders Revenge is 6 player and the Xbox app states cross platform play but it might just mean windows xbox to xbox and not steam to xbox.
