Lan Spec mITX or mATX?

Im looking at doing i49 this year and need a system really.. My current rig is nice but its massive and old to say the least. I shall be salvaging parts though which are..

64GB Crucial M4
320GB DeskStar HDD
Coolermaster Semi Modular M600
5x Bitfenix Spectre Fans
Recon fan controller

Maybe (if needed)
Freezer 7 Pro rev 2

Mainly my question is.. case and board size? Handles are a practical want but not need so therefore i have 2 cases in mind

Bitfenix Prodigy which is mITX
and
NZXT Vulcan which is mATX

Any other cases anyone can recommend me under £80 which my current parts will go in really which won't be too bad for lans?

You gonna be Overclocking the CPU?

What size GPU will need to fit in?

ITX cases are normally smaller nut mATX can fit bigger coolers (sometimes) and two GPU's.

Single GPU, Something which can happily trundle along like a 7850 or so? My laptops card is equivalent to 7850 i believe so i would like the same power really. No overclocking really and just a small aftermarket cooler (120mm fan) is all i want to be honest to keep noise down

The sugo is too big for my uses the elite 120 doesnt look bad may look into that

As above, id say the AXP-100 is a good shout..

but....

I think the H80 will be too thick though.

Wow thats tight! Worryingly tight for temps :/ I think the recon may be a better size for me plus it already has handles and has room for a custom loop if i ever wanted it. I will defo keep the coolermaster case in mind though i have afew weeks to decide.. or if any pop up on this week only/dailys ill snap one up

Sugo SG05-450 is what you want. Will fit a H80/H80i no problem (although you have to dump the optical drive tray and mount your hard drives somewhere else), will fit 10 inch graphics cards and the 450W PSU will power pretty much anything you can throw at it.

Im stuck between.. Prodigy or the Elite 120

I kind of want to sway more towards the Prodigy for more HDD room etc but the elite 120 is sooo small
