Hi all weird title i know, basically have no clue about this stuff. I had my house cabled with a massive amount of cat5 points to plug in various computers here there and everywhere, my router is up in the attic. I have a wifi range extender for the first floor but I don't really like them as they're variable connection wise.
What I would ideally like is to plug something into the network on the ground floor and have it broadcast there, but all i can find are range extenders that feed off the weak wifi. How the heck do I go about doing this.
