Going to a LAN tomorrow - but got 8gb of 8500 dominator RAM at home ready to go in. Do I install them or play safe and wait until after the LAN?

I'm guessing you'd worried about them being faulty and ruining your LAN game?

Can't you install them now and run Memtest over night?

since its only ram, install it and run memtest, if its fine in the morning then leave it in and take your old ram just in case, it's easy enough to swap over
