Lanch Bar Like Imac

I know there is a mention of several software of a Lanch Bar like on the apple computer at the bottom. but which is the best to get? I cant remeber the names as I not been on here for a bit and I am now giving it another go at getting my comp looking like any apple mac

I used to use RKLauncher. Efficient and simple to use with all the features you need

This is by far one of the best answers. The rest do the job, but I think RKLauncher does it the best. It is light, small and very easily customizable.
