Anyone know it? They canceled my order and all I got was an e-mail, and I don't want to pay sick amounts just to find out and make ammends. It cost me £10 last month on top of my contract when my girlfriend had to call them, madness. Any ideas, Google has nothing and 'Say No To 0870' doesn't have anything.

Yeah found the page, interesting that they put the Ireland number in their e-mail to call as I'm a UK customer! Called the UK number no one picks up, this is annoying!
Why would it be illegal? The site is the one that's trying to bypass Ofcom's number processes by hunting out the landline numbers that the non-geographical number redirect to and spreading that information...
Given that Ofcom manage all the phone numbers in the UK, at least to the point of allocation to the various companies, it's well within their remit.
