Landline number Witholding

Hi, I get my phone from bt and by default my number is withheld.

However I am trying to ring someone and they dont accept withheld numbers.

Is there anyway to unwithold my number for this 1 call? The bt error message implies it's possible but doesnt give any details.

What does cli stand for?

Also does anyone have a list of all the other bt prefixes like call diverting and barring incoming/outgoing calls?
