Landlord Insurance?

Not sure if this is the right place but my landlord insurance is up for renewal and I can get some pretty decent savings looking at the likes of Compare the Market.

Thing is I've never heard of the Companies, e.g. Uno, Aro, UK General. Anyone used any of these, any favourites?

Can't comment on any of those I'm afraid but what about a more established provider and cashback via Quidco/TCB eg. AXA? Most important thing is or look to check level of cover is adequate, exclusions and who the underwriter is.

gone through Halifax, more expensive but more comfortable with them.

did you try direct line, I've always found them reasonable, usually claim quidco, then year after switch to more than with quidco, then back to direct line etc

always go with the cheapest big name. it's worth paying the extra £20 to do so from past experience.

I have found some brokers to be good for Landlords Insurance.
Currently use Tuton Burnell who are very easy to deal with.
