Language translation

wondering if any can help me, i have a hand written note that is written in catalan and i would like to try and get translated to english as im semi desperate to know what it says, i got a basic translation from a spanish person who said they couldnt read catalan very well, does anyone know if there will be much difference from what i was told when translated fully ?

If they gave you the basics, is that not enough information for you? Or is it an intimate type of letter

well it's sort of enough but its a docters note and i wonna know if she missed out any information that may give me a better idea of what it says/happened
