Lap desk for laptop gaming

Hi guys.

Recently got myself a gaming laptop, loving it right now but I have a issue, the heat of the laptop gets a bit much on my legs on the sofa, and when laying in bed the cooling gets blocked off and causes issues.

So I'm looking for a lapdesk so to speak to combat this, what are you guys using?
I've seen a adjustable lap desk on the web for about £20-30 but the mouse pad looks really small and flimsy.

So what solutions have you guys done?

Easiest solution is probably one of those trays that have the bean bag on the bottom that moulds to your legs, i think they are meant for older or infirm people but would probably suit your needs.

Google laptop try and take your pick. Argos used to sell them for about a tenner. Worked for me when I had a toasty laptop.
