Laplink PC mover

Hi Folks, as anyone used Laplink PC Mover?
How does it compare with Microsoft's Easy Transfer?

Will it backup My Docs Folder. Desktop. And finally Emails sent & Received, + accounts & passwords.

Against my will, it looks like I'm going to have little or no alternative, but to upgrade to Windows 10 :eek:

What's wrong with using Easy Transfer? You can still use it with Windows 10

My understanding of WET is if you copy Migwiz into Win 10, yes you can capture My Docs + items saved to the Desktop but not email accounts + emails + email addresses.
What's your take on this?

I've never bothered with anything like this.

Documents and photos etc, simple to copy and paste or remap.

Firefox or Chrome sync profile.

As above, my personal files are all on a second drive so I just hook that drive up and remap documents, pictures, etc to that. Browser sync deals with the browser stuff.

Emails with Thunderbird is easy, just copy the profile folder over.
