Lapped my E6600 last night

well i saw sat bored tonight and had got myself some wet and dry sandpaper a week or so ago so i give it a go

here is my results

sorry about shoddy pics but wife has had the camera and now i cant do closeups? will be a setting somewhere

new as5 on and ive lost 5-7 deg idle already so its looking good

400, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500

was wll worth using them all as it only tok 45 mins in total

i did take a photo of a razer on the cpu and it wasnt concave or convex and i still lost a good 10 deg idle now (as is getting set)

i think this cpu will be in my file serve once i get my quad in july so as of then the poor thing will be @ stock
