Hi,
I lapped my Thermaltake 120 extreme least week. Started with 400, then 600 and finally 1200 sand paper.
My degrees are now withing 2 degrees of the Q6600 cores.
Q6600 at 3Ghz, 9x333 FSB
Vcore, 1,21. Not changed from MB normal. CPU-Z reports 1.16 during prime.
Upped Vdimm to 2.2 also FSB to +.10 volt.
After 14 hours of prime95 no errors my temps are,
49,49,47,47
And that is with all 5 fans running at 1200 RPM almost noiseless.
