lapping ?

I must put my Sandpaper on a flat service like glass etc. sellotape it down so it cant move then grab my Tuniq Tower with 2 hands and some how began to twist it on the sandpaper in a circular motion ??

I would have thought it would have been easier to sand it by hand

found a video on the web which does make it quite easy doing it on glass.
