I bought a OCUK custom built Primo Pro last year and love this laptop. However a couple of months ago it started to develop a rattle from one of the fans (the CPU fan I think). It only does it for a few minutes after startup then stops and is nice and quiet again. Other than this rattle it seems to work fine and I have had no other problems with it. 
How do I sort out sending it back? I dont want it to be something which could potentially damage my machine and I assume this would be done under its warranty as it is less than 12 months old?
I put this as a forum thread rather than contact customer service as I was hoping the mods would be able to give me valued advice...
