Laptop 200-400 quid - web browsing, subtle gaming?

The GF is wanting her own laptop, but she doesn't do much, web browsing, bit of office work, she does like The Sims 4 like.

Any reasonable laptops, perhaps refurbs for around 200-400 that are good Q? Seems quite rubbish specs from what I can find. Was hoping for something relatively good.

I'm not sure what spec is acceptable it seems easy to fall for something that looks good and turns out to be a hamstee wheel
