I'm looking for advice! Its been a long time since I've looked at laptops and after some advice on what I should be looking at for around £1500.
Usage will be a bit varied, light CAD / 3D rendering work, a spot of gaming and hopefully a bit of a lab to support multiple VMs - not all of these things at the same time, but just a variety of uses.
My thoughts on basic requirements;
- 17inch
- ideally 32GB RAM but seem to struggle finding this
- I'm not particularly concerned on CPU - it looks like a lot of people recommend the Ryzen 4xxx chips rather than intel at the moment.
- GPU - seems to make sense to get something a bit future proof if possible!
I know its a bit of a stretch given the above, but any general advice is appreciated - as mentioned, its been a while and I'm unsure on how far the £1500 would take me at this point!
Cheers
