Laptop advice, office work basic gaming etc

Hi Guys,


4 years ago i got me an Advent 7008 from *somewhere*,(poor misguided fool!)

Its been ok after many overheats etc its finally chucking it in, hairline cracks along the lid near the hinges!

So im in the market for a new laptop.

Im looking at HP DV5094ea,

Needs are:

Widescreen
Wireless built in
60 - 100gb HD
Processor not to important as long as it works (between turion and pentium i expect)

1gb ram if possible unless its not really needed (opinions?)

Id ideally like a seperate graphics card and not shard, I see the dv5094ea has a x200 ATI card, would prefer an x700 but probably no chance for my budget,

Main part: It must be BLACK! or mostly black i know the dv5094ea is silver outside but the keys and screen edge is black and i like it, im fed up with silver.


Id like to:

Web browse, email, spreadsheets, word, maybe some gaming, GTA san andreas or need for speed, Not worried about highest settings just the ability to play them!

Budget is £800

This will sound very silly, but its all good but SILVER!! I just cannot stand silver and really want a black machine.


Will the dv5094ea play san andreas on modest settings??
