Laptop Advice

Hi there guys looking for a laptop for a friend. He has a budget of £425 MAXIMUM, but would like to buy for less if possible. The laptop will be used for office work, surfing, general home use and some dreamweaver, flash, photoshop and maybe some 3d max work (not important). Can someone please spec me and also tell me what sort of components I can expect for this price.

You can get something like this for £409 new. Might get a better deal if you look for refurbished ones.

toshiba do a nice lappy for about 400-500 iirc, widescreen, con row (unsure if its dual core)
