Laptop advice

I've got about £550 give or take a few quid towards a new laptop for work.

Is there any sort of brand of laptops i should be avoiding, or not going near, and perhaps some others i should be looking at? (Im new to the laptop stuff!)

Basically, it's to be running all the office stuff, preferably have vista installed, but will use xp, not fussed. need 80gb+ hdd. Wireless is essential, as the workplace uses it and i can use this at head office too. Also perhaps to run a few games (Championship manager / football manager 07 etc)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on this!

Can't really recommend any brands as they are competitors, unless you want to buy one from OCUK.
