Laptop Advice

Ahoy hoy!

New around these parts, just looking for some advice about buying a new laptop to replace my old acer 5920.

Got a budget of no more than £500 and would like to be able to play games like fallout, portal 2 and deus ex human revolution on it.

Been tempted by the alienware mx11...

Might want to remove competitor links. They go nuts here at OCUK if you post a link to a competitor. I don't see what the fuss is in all honesty, since their laptops are highly priced and their range is small.

I don't think I'd be too impressed if a forum I paid for out my own pocket was used for advertising other peoples products.

Anyway the GSI laptop linked looks a very good deal, but not sure on gaming performance, check out some review sites for comparisons.

It's not about the forum, it's about the store associated with it. Even if they have evil prices or lack stock on a particular item you can't say anything about it. I'm fine obeying the rules, although I don't see how it makes much difference tbh, since most people are capable of using Google Shopping.

GSI? You mean MSI?
