Laptop and 2 monitors

Hi,

I've bought myself a second hand monitor to match my other dell ultrasharp u2312hm, I want to connect them both to my laptop which is a lenvo ideapad 530S-14ARR. Ive got one monitor working using the HDMI from my laptop into the DVI port on the monitor. I tried using a USB-C to displayport cable to connect from my laptops USB-C port but this isn't supported. I've read that my laptop is unlikely to support 2 external monitors because it doesn't have a discrete GPU.

Can anyone offer any solutions, I've considered just making a cheap PC or buying a fancy new laptop but i'd prefer a cheap and cheerful solution.

I use similar for my laptop and it leaves the native HDMI free as well.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice. Can you tell me do you have any performance issues, somebody mentioned that it can run slow when streaming video.
