Laptop and USB stick encryption

We have a client who would like to encrypt their laptops and USB sticks. They're only a small firm so don't need anything enterprise level.

What are you guys using?

TrueCrypt or VeraCrypt.

We use Integral Encrypted USB sticks.

We prefer a hardware solution to a software one as we'd often have users delete the 'encrypted vault' file and then just use the stick unencrypted.

What version of Windows? If you dont need an enterprise solution then check your version of Windows as Windows 8 or Windows 10 pro comes with bitlocker which will encrypt your hard drives and memory sticks

They're using Windows 7 pro and and SBS2011 Server.

As above, depending on how much you trust your users I'd personally recommend hardware level encryption. You're then not relying on users who will generally "forget" aka taking the easy way around.
