the problem with this win xp laptop is after replacing the old dead battery with another working one the laptop still reports the replacement battery as been 3% full even after a full charge ?? it only takes 1 or 2 minutes for the readings to change from 99% full to 3% full !! any idea what is the problem & how to fix it ?
