Laptop Bleeping!- HELP!

Hi, I have a Packard Bell Laptop (Model Number : - MIT-MAN01) . The laptop when first turned on, bleeps 4 times. No visual display, just power light on.

I have taken out both memory modules and still have the issue, regardless of which module is inserted & taken battery out and run though mains (same issue).

Any other ideas?
