Laptop brand that has absolute good service in UK?

I'm from the middle East and i have been only using/buying Asus RoG laptops as they have the best service.
They were quick, Hassel free, had pick and drop service and was absolutely peace of mind.
Which brand has that kinda reputation here in UK?
I found out Asus is a big no no here! Is it?

Looking to buy a new gaming laptop as soon as possible.
