Laptop BSOD with cardbus WLAN adapter

I'm working on a Packard Bell laptop that freezes an awful lot, and sometimes produces STOP errors with said cardbus adapter inserted. When its removed, theres no problem. It isn't an IRQ conflict because the cardbus adapter isn't sharing one. :confused: Any ideas on how to fix this?:)

Intel 2200BG chipset?

If yes, it's a common problem with older drivers. Google for new drivers.
