I'm considering a laptop as not having one and relying on a handheld is a bit of a pain for general tasks.
I want an all rounder, one that could play games to some degree but it doesn't have to be gaming focus.

Is £500 realistic ?
Gaming isn't as much a priority as I do have my handheld and can also stream my desktop remotely now and it works so well I don't necessarily need the grunt onboard as much.
