Laptop Chrome issue

hi all

so sone of you may have seen my other thread about installing windows onto my Pc which is still knackered...

My wife just went to use her laptop and it says Chrome.exe corrupt every time she clicks the internet... What can be the issue? Ive followed some online tips but they do not work

any help appreciated
