Laptop Connection problems

Yeah , its a brand new laptop and seemed to be working fine but its not mine so I don't know whats been installed might run a antivirus and if no luck maybe a system restore.
 
Have you performed a recent Windows Update? It might have installed some buggy drivers. Try and go on your other computer, and download some drivers for your Wireless adapter on to a USB stick or something. Then try and install them drivers on your new laptop.

Though, a system restore should restore these drivers I would've thought...
