Laptop conundrum

I have a choice of 2 laptops to go for in my price range yet despite the price of either being marginal between them I am unsure which to go for.

The first one is from ocuk itself and on offer at the moment for £399.95

Acer Aspire V3-731 17.3" LED Intel Pentium DC B960, 6GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, Black - Windows 8

It's competitor is this from the rainforest at £399.99

Acer Aspire V3-771 17.3-inch Laptop - Black (Intel Core i5 3210M 2.5GHz, 6GB RAM, 500GB HDD, DVDSM DL, LAN, WLAN, BT, Webcam, Integrated Graphics, Windows 8 64-bit)

One has an I5 the other an intel chip I am not familiar with.

The laptop will be mainly used for music, video, browsing and some limited gaming.

All thoughts on this welcome

Based on price and specification alone, I would go for the one with the i5 processor, as the Pentium B960 is based on an older generation of technology.
