I have a Pentium M 1.73Ghz Processor in my Sony Vaio BX. I just want to compare it to Desktop CPUs for a bit. On the box of games at the back, it says requirements, i'm guessing this is for the desktop CPUs. What speed can my Pentium M achieve when compared to a desktop single core cpu?
Thanks

In a laptop, your gaming performance is gonna depend much more on the graphics chip than the CPU. A Pentium-M is a pretty capable gaming CPU.

Yeah problem is i only have a intel intergrated graphics chip

which probably would haven been okish only it uses system memory instead of its own dedicated vram causing a huge performance hit... :S
The chip i have is 128mb shared. If i max out the ram (2gb) will i be able to play games which have a minimum requirement of 128mb graphics power
