looking at buying a new lappy and this is the 2 cpu options i'm choosing between

whats the better cpu?

Intel® Pentium Dual Core Processor T2330 (1.60GHz, 1 MB L2 cache, 533 MHz FSB)

or

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T5250 Processor (1.5GHz,667MHz,2MB L2 cache)

will be paired with 2 gig ram and running vista, for general useage web browsing and playing of very basic games

what u guys reckon?

There both pretty similar, i assume the extra cache 1mb vs 2mb on the T5250 will help more then 100mhz clock increase using IE and Word etc...

Yonah is a little cooler than the core2 mobiles as far as I was aware?

Definately go with the T5250 though, more cache and faster fsb along with being merom means it should easily make up the 100mhz clock deficit, there's also the advantage that it's more "future-proof" with its 64bit OS support. :)
