Hey, i'm quite new to setting up PC's and i'd just wanna ask if you guys could spec me up a PC that will mainly be used for multimedia and basically student works ( word processing, video editing, wideo streaming).

I' currently thinking of buying a mac, because i've heard that they dont really crash, but if you guys would have better specs, then I might change my mind. My budget is about £800 with a monitor and OS and a student and teacher edition of microsoft office. I dont really want it to crash and also i'd like to have atleast 1gb of RAM. Can you guys spec me up a PC with these specs? The problem with me choosing is that i might get uncompatible hardware which is much of a hassle to me... thanks in advance guys!!

A well setup up PC doesn't crash (as in reboot or total hang) At worst the appliciation closes or you lose the taskbar. Apples crash too.

You get far more with your money with PC's. Why do you want a Mac? What software do Mac's have that PC's don't?

Gee thanks Burtieb.. I like the spec you did.. its cool,.. oh btw, like your spec for your PC.. its really good. thanks for the help again..

Although I was thinking of buying a Gigabyte 3D aurora, do you think it would be alright?

Well with cases its a personal choice i.e what it looks like, but don`t go on looks look a little deeper into your case buy as cooling and layout are a big factor also.I`ve not see the Gigabyte 3D, ask in case central the guys there will be more helpful on your choice of case :D
