What do you mean never - I fix plenty of switches that have taken a bath - See it as a challenge, open it up and probe around... So much info out there on macbooks I bet it can be fixed!

It’s gone. Deceased. Floated off to silicon heaven. It’s not pining for the fjords. It’s dead.

And also had to be sent away for insurance evaluation. I won’t be getting it back.
