Laptop For £600

Hey up,

Have managed to find a HEWLETT PACKARD DV5016EA for £569
specs are

* Processor speed: 1.8 GHz
* Processor: AMD Sempron
* Screen size: 15.4" brightwidescreen
* Storage: 40 GB
* RAM: 1024 Mb
* Records DVDs: 8x

Bit concerned bout the sempron side of things, but the laptop is going to be used for web browsing and msn chattin an such while infront of the tv, odd dvd burning job when i am using my main rig for other things.


Can any suggest a laptop with similar or better specs for that sort of price?

I like the look of it as its not a tacky grey or silver finish machine, its in a decent black.

So any suggestions?

well went and bought the laptop, have to say im very impressed.

I thought the sempron would be pretty slow. But its proved me wrong. Very impressed so far.
