My mum needs a laptop, so she can stop using my computer and use the internet in the living room instead 
Price range - up to £250 delivered, preferably as low as possible because it's just for Streaming Video, Youtube, Google Chrome browsing.

Can get those from the jungle for £250, but not sure which would be the best. If anyone has any other recommendations, then go for it Maybe there is a reasonable laptop that I could look for second hand? Keep seeing laptops for £70 but they don't look like they are worth risking buying...
Ideally looking for and needs:
Build Quality - strong and resilient as possible
Wi-fi
Easy to use keyboard and trackpad
For a computer noob, just understands browsing on google chrome
