Laptop for my Dad..

Ok my dads old dell Inspiron has pretty much packed up now and he wants me to find him a replacement.

Basically the key features need to be:

• Long battery life (preferable an Atom CPU)
• 14" inch screen.. his eyes arn't so good
• Low Watt PSU (Needs to charge from a 12v source his current PSU draws 60Watt which is much high.. sub 40 would be best)
• Finally price.. nothing to expensive.

He only uses it for word and web browsing and using some photo and image editing software like Corel. So doesn't need much power of HDD space.
