Top of the list of wants/needs are:

• A separate numpad (Seems quite rare from what I've seen on this size)
• HDMI output
• No more than 15"

It doesn't need to be anything spectacular just a decent processor etc so it's not going to be completely rubbish in a year or two. The budget is about £400

Tosh Sat Pro C660 has a number pad, it's a bit bigger then they're after (15.4 inches), you'll have to verify if it has an HDMI port.
