Mate is looking for as powerful of a machine as he can get circa £4,000 for photography stuff. States it needs to have Thunderbolt and/or DP. Can you guys advise on the best here that suits the spec?

Would that be overkill and do the Photoshopping job with ease? And those Thunderbolt 4 ports would easily allow output to his monitor?

Is that a preferable option over this?

PS does NOT need a Super Computer that's for sure. Save cash and buy a model around £1200 up to £2200.
