Hi all,
My son has been using an aging Acer laptop that has finally met it's end today, it had a good run, saw us through COVID homeschooling but is now just too old to run things at any reasonable speed without encountering errors.
He needs a replacement, and it needs to be reasonably cheap (£500?) - however - I'd also like it if it could run Minecraft as he likes Minecraft and there's coding things he can do with it, he's used to playing on Switch/iPad versions so wouldn't be expecting amazing graphics and processing power, but is there anything that runs the bog-standard bedrock game comfortably, and can be used for the more standard day-to-day school work? Or do those two things not go together in a single laptop that's cheap?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
